No. We change the format and framing, not the substance. Your experience, your achievements, and your voice stay intact. What we remove is the formatting that flags you as from a different market before the first line is read. The result sounds like you, written for the right audience.

Both can improve your writing. Neither knows that CGPA needs a GPA conversion, that 'Infosys Ltd.' needs context for a recruiter who has never heard of it, or that a Declaration section is invisible in the UK.
