Why I built DesiCV

Finding work is hard enough. Having your application silently rejected because of how your CV is formatted, before anyone has even read it, does not feel fair. Because it isn't. I have been there. And so have people close to me.

Watching friends and colleagues, genuinely talented people, get passed over not because of what they had done, but because their experience was formatted for the wrong market. A degree abbreviation a recruiter did not recognise. An objective statement that read as outdated. A project table that confused an ATS system before a human ever saw it.
